Wine Club Particulars

Three shipments per year, billed at the time of shipment. There is no fee to join, and you are welcome to cancel after the third shipment without penalty. A $100 administration fee for early cancellations (less than three shipments) will be charged. Your membership continues until you notify Frequency Wine Company that you wish to cancel. Starting in 2025, club shipments will include 4 bottles to members of The Standard club and 8 bottles to members of The Collector club per shipment.

An email notification will be sent one week before each shipment, informing members of the wines included. You may customize your membership wines in your web portal within set parameters of the wine club (number of bottles, price range). This must be done before the deadline stated in the email. There are often add-on specials, so please read your emails thoroughly. Also, let us know immediately if there are any changes to make such as shipping address, credit card number, expiration date, if you would like to ship later, etc.

SHIPPING: We cannot ship wine to all states by law. Laws vary from state to state and change frequently. We highly recommend shipping to a business address. By law, all alcoholic shipments must be signed by someone 21 years of age or older. No exceptions.

Pick-ups: Wine Club Shipments may be picked up directly at the tasting room. Storage at the tasting room is limited. If your shipment is not picked up after 45 days, the wines will be shipped to you, and the shipping cost will be billed to you unless other arrangements have been made.

Members agree to additional shipping charges if wine is returned to us, due to their negligence in updating address, vacation notification etc. resulting in re-shipping.

Members can enjoy a complimentary monthly tasting experience. Please note that these tastings are complimentary once per calendar month and do not roll over.

Returns & Cancellations

We will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is damaged or flawed. We ask the customer retain the unfinished portion of the original bottle so we may gather more particulars. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked, or flawed. We are also unable to accept return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that is ordered in error. Please send an email to to arrange for the return of corked or flawed product.

We will replace the wine, or refund your credit card account for the cost of the wine. If the original shipment was damaged in transit or flawed you will receive a replacement or full refund, including shipping and handling charges.
